HOW DO I JOIN LOYALTY?

Joining is easy! Simply create a free account here. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us, you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can simply sign in, and start earning points with every purchase and in other easy ways.
Please note that becoming a Loyalty member does not subscribe you to our newsletter.


WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF MEMBERSHIP?

We hope that you've also subscribed to stay connected with all things GRACE — from new arrivals and exclusive product launches to our latest promotions and special events. Becoming a Loyalty member brings extra benefits and access. Our rewards program is a tiered program where benefits increase the more you engage with us. Members receive reward points for each purchase, and in other easy ways, to elevate through our tiers. Each tier is loaded with benefits including exclusive tier discounts, free shipping, early access to launches, events and sales, and generous birthday treats, for example. I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT

All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program and loaded with points based off the previous 12 months spend. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account can be created per person. If you believe the wrong profile was used, please contact us so we can remedy this for you.

WILL I RECEIVE POINTS FOR PURCHASES MADE PRIOR TO CREATING A REWARDS ACCOUNT?

You will receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. However, if you were an existing customer prior to our Rewards launch, we have allocated you with your prior 12 months of points to ensure you receive every benefit possible. If you are new, we encourage you to create an account before placing an order so you can start earning points immediately.


EARNING & REDEEMING

Members earn one point for every dollar spent. In addition, there are many other easy ways to earn points, for example, by leaving reviews, following us on socials, and points bonuses after every third purchase.

Our program is tier based. This means your annual points secure your tier. As soon as you have earned enough points to reach the next tier you are automatically advanced, giving you immediate access to even greater benefits.

Tiers that offer loyalty discounts are automatically applied to the logged in member account online and in store with each transaction. These member loyalty discounts are strictly not transferable.

Other benefits like birthday rewards will be emailed and are viewable in your account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ORDER?

Points earned from a returned order will be deducted from your account once your return has been closed. If that order helped you elevate to the next tier, your tier status will also be adjusted back.


DO REWARD POINTS EXPIRE?

Member points reset every 12 months from your anniversary date (the date you joined the program or—if you were a customer before launch—the date the program launched). If you move up a tier during the year, your anniversary date resets to the date your new status begins.


HOW DO I KNOW WHICH REWARDS TIER I BELONG TO?

When you are signed into your rewards account, your current tier and rewards history will be visible, as well as all your member benefits, and how many points you need to access the next tier (or return your current tier).


HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN I HAVE ACHIEVED A NEW TIER?

When your accrued points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into your new tier. You will be able to immediately take advantage of your new tier status and all it's benefits!


BIRTHDAY REWARDS

Each tier includes a generous birthday reward to enjoy. The reward is emailed to you one week before your special day. To ensure you receive your reward, head to the Rewards Page and enter your birth date under 'Earn Rewards Effortlessly'.
Once you enter your details, you will receive the gift from your upcoming birthday.
Please note, if you have entered your birth date less than 30 days before your birthday, you will receive your reward in 30 days time.


REWARDS HELP
- Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?


Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at to help apply your points to your account.
You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason.

- I should have earned points for a purchase/incentive but I didn’t see my account balance change?

It can take our system time to sync, and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it by:
* Try to refresh your browser.
* Try to log out and then back in to your account.
* Check your Rewards history in your account to see if the points were added without you realising it. Your Rewards history will show you the number of points earned, and how and when they were earned.

If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate you can contact us and we will look into the issue for you.

REFER YOUR FRIENDS FOR 15% OFF!

Great style is better when it's shared! Thank you for referring your friends to GRACE.
If you received an error message when referring friends through the email referral box, please check you did not accidentally mistype an email address, or that you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them. We recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once.  

If you are still having problems using the email referrals we recommend using your unique referral link. Please contact us if you need further assistance.

If you have referred friends who have since made a purchase at GRACE, thank you! To receive the 15% thank you reward, referred friends must be first-time customers. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on our rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link. Once your friend has made their first purchase, your reward will be emailed to you.


FREE SHIPPING REWARDS

For members receiving free shipping or free express shipping within Australia, make sure you are signed in to your account when making a purchase. Your shipping reward will be automatically applied to your cart.
