Free Standard Shipping on Australian orders $450+.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $10.00 for Australian orders under $450. Delivery is expected within 5 business days.
1-2 day Express shipping is also available for a flat $15.00 fee within Australia.
Bulky items including Hats & Books have a shipping rate of $25.00 due to size and weight.
Please note that orders placed after 2pm on a Friday & over the weekend will be shipped on Monday (unless that happens to be a public holiday).

Click & Collect, and Valet
For customers able to visit our boutique we also offer a Click & Collect, as well as a Valet, service. Select the 'Collect from Toorak Boutique' option at checkout and your item will be ready for you to pick up the very next day.
Should you need your item sooner, simply contact us via email (contact@gracemelbourne.com) or phone (9827 2133) and we will have your goods ready for collection at a time of your choosing. Pull up out the front and we will bring your order out to you, Valet style!
RETURNS PROCEDURE
a) Securely re-pack your item and enclose the completed returns form.
b) Ship the item back to us within fourteen (14) days of the issuance of the RAN. From within Australia please use a next day Express Post envelope to return your item/s. From overseas, please ensure that items are sent via international air courier with tracking.
