There's no better way to begin the day than taking in the fresh air with a walk around the beautiful Botanic Gardens on a sunny Melbourne day. This stunning display of nature in the middle of our city always brings a smile to my face, and clears my mind so i'm ready to take on the day.
Of course this always leads to a coffee from one of my favourite cafes. We take our coffee seriously, so to say we're never far from good coffee is definitely not an understatement. And if I can sneak in a croissant from Lune too, then I know I'm really going to have a great day!
It's a never ending list, but my current top 5 coffee spots are:
No quintessential Melbourne day is complete without a visit to the NGV. From its magnificent stained glass ceiling to the world class exhibitions, here you'll find something to interest everyone.
Follow this culture trip with a wander through the many graffitied laneways of Melbourne's CBD. From here there are no bounds to the cuisine you can choose to refuel on for lunch! My personal favourite is to eat my bodyweight in dumplings from..., but I've also listed some other personal favourites too!
What would a day in Melbourne be without a spot of shopping! Of course Grace is our shopping destination for all your favourite international designers, but we do have a few other go-to shops as well.
For all the international fashion houses, you can't beat Chadstone, from Chanel to Bottega and everything in between this is where you'll find them.

As the sun sets on a beautiful Melbourne day, I love to walk my feet in the sand and try to spot the penguins at St Kilda beach.
After this it's off to the iconic Espy for a sunset cocktail and then on to the Melbourne culinary stalwart Di Stasio for some of the best Italian food you'll find this side of Italy!
This is just a small part of what Melbourne has to offer, and there is always so much more to discover.
We always love finding new places, let us know in the comments all your Melbourne favourites!
