Tips from the Pro's Part 1... Model Mania!

We had a great time working with some lovely models (from London Management) and hair & makeup ladies at the Grand Prix over the weekend.  We thought they were so fabulous that we asked each of them for their top beauty tip - too good not to share with you all!

THE MODELS…

Tara

Super greens!  I buy them at health food stores and add together to make a delicious smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • Spinach
  • Kale
  • Celery
  • Cucumber
  • Banana
  • Kiwi fruit
  • Water
  • Ice
  • Lemon

Blend up and enjoy!  These smoothies help to alkalise the blood, are good to detox, and are full of fibre!  Make sure to do them only 2-3 times a week.  Kimberley Snyder is really good for smoothie recipes!

Coconut oil!  It’s great for your skin, and so good for removing makeup!

I always drink a glass of hot water in the morning.  Add half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and lemon juice to very hot (but not boiling) water to alkalise your body!
