The Grace coconut cocktail!

Here at Grace we are going through a real coconut juice kick, and we thought it was only fitting that our signature cocktail used our favourite new ingredient!  We love these delicious drinks so much we decided to share the recipe…

Per drink, you will need:

- 30ml white rum (we used Havana Club)
- 20ml lychee licquer (we used Soho)
- frozen young coconut juice 
- fresh lime
- mint

Method:

Put rum, lychee licquer and frozen coconut juice in the blender and give it a whizz until slushie-like in consistency.

Garnish with lime and mint and drink up!  Warning: These babies are seriously addictive!!
