Anna's 'Graceful' Breakfast Smoothie!

‘No time for breakfast before work?  Our solution: Breakfast at work!

This delicious smoothie will keep for up to 2 days, and is the ideal breakky on-the-go.

For a dairy free option, use some OJ instead of yoghurt/milk

We don’t really pay attention to details like 'quantity’ when using the blender - 'to taste’ is the best measurement we can give :) 

  • Frozen raspberries
  • Frozen blackberries 
  • Frozen blueberries
  • Natural/Greek Yoghurt 
  • Splash of almond milk
  • LSA mix
  • Chia seeds 

IF DESIRED, POST BLENDING

Add fresh blueberries, roughly blended for texture (but not so roughly that they won’t fit through a fun straw!)

Agave, or a little honey (make sure you warm it up first or it wont mix well)

*strawberries/colourful straws/umbrellas are optional but recommended.
