Naturally, we hope that you love your GRACE goodies! We thoroughly inspect every item before packaging and shipping to ensure impeccable quality is maintained. However, if you would like to return any item you may do so provided you contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and follow the procedure below.
Please note that sale items, swimwear and earrings are sold on a FINAL SALE basis and therefore no returns or refunds are available.
First, please email us at email@example.com within three days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). In your email clearly state which item/s you will be returning for refund, and the reason for the return.
Second, within seven days of an RAN being issued towards your return:
a) Complete the returns form we sent along with your delivery - include the RAN you've received as refunds will not be issued for items returned without an RAN.
b) Securely re-pack your item and enclose the completed returns form within the parcel. Items being returned must be unworn/ unused and be returned with all their original packaging (pouches, shoe bags etc), designer tags & Grace tags or no refund will be issued.
c) Ship the item back to us within seven days of the issuance of the RAN. From within Australia please use a next day Express Post envelope to return your item/s. From overseas, please ensure that items are sent via international air courier with tracking.

Once received, returns are processed within 3 days. You'll receive an email confirming our receipt of your returned items. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. Shipping will not be refunded.
